We love it here. Our home is a small cottage, and an ongoing work in progress as we make improvements. Our cottage sits on the shores of Lobdell Lake which boasts 545 acres of all sports fun.

 

The cottage offers breathtaking sunrises off the deck, gorgeous sunsets out on the lake, and a variety of waterfowl including swans, ducks, Blue Heron, geese, and endless fish for fishing.

 

Our cottage has a full kitchen which includes a stove, fridge, microwave, Keurig, air fryer, and dishes, pots/pans and utensils for cooking. There is also a Pit Boss Pellet Grill on the back deck for your use and a campfire pit next to the shoreline.

 

The cottage sleeps 2-4. The queen sleeper sofa has a comfortable, thick memory foam mattress. Blow-up queen mattress available upon request. Clean bedding is provided.

 

The cottage has one full bath with a shower/tub. There is a washer and dryer as well.

 

We have a dock to fish off and a great place to watch the sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee. The water at our shoreline rolls up on our seawall of rocks. Our shoreline is primarily sandy and offers a nice spot for swimming or floating.

 

We have wifi, smart TV, and board/card games for your indoor pleasure. There is a restaurant, Cancun, on Lobdell Lake that you can dock the boat at. There are also several restaurants to choose from in Fenton just a 15 minute drive away, and grocery stores nearby.
